The growth in mobile device usage has changed the way we shop and this growth shows no signs of relenting. In the first quarter of 2015 smartphones accounted for 18% of e-commerce sales worldwide and this is a 56% increase on the same period in 2014. This will no doubt continue to grow.

It is important to note that the increase in the use of mobile helps more than just e-commerce websites.
